Healthy blondies


Healthy D E L I C I O U S blondies 🌟⠀

Officially my new favorite healthy treat! These blondies are made with chickpeas and I know it sounds weird, but you would never guess it once you try them, I promise 🤚🏼. The amount of chocolate goes along way in this recipe and I got a chunk of it in every bite 🤩. Also, I used milk chocolate because I don’t really like dark (shocking I know), but definitely use dark chocolate if you like it as it will make the recipe healthier. ⠀

•1 can chickpeas ⠀
•1/2 cup natural peanut butter ⠀
•1/3 cup pure maple syrup ⠀
•2 tsp vanilla ⠀
•1/2 tsp salt ⠀
•1/4 tsp baking powder ⠀
•1/4 tsp baking soda ⠀
•1/3 cup chocolate chips (and 2 tbsp for topping) ⠀

Blend all your ingredients except for the chocolate in a food processor. Once you have a smooth batter, fold in the 1/3 cup of chocolate. Spread into a greased pan and place remaining chocolate on top before putting in the oven and baking at 180C (350F) for 20-25 min. ⠀

Let them cool completely before removing from pan and cutting into squares. ⠀
