• I've been dreaming up and making desserts for as long as I can remember. Baking has always been my greatest love and my favorite form of creation. From a young age, baking for others became my way of connecting with them and showing love and appreciation, while baking for myself became my way of exploring, grounding and feeling in touch with my magic.

  • Despite my love of baking, I didn't initially believe in it enough to pursue as a profession when it came time to choose a career path. It was only after years studying and working in marketing that I finally decided to follow my heart, leave everything behind and bake for a living. I moved to Paris and trained as a pastry chef at Le Cordon Bleu and never looked back.

  • Baking has allowed me to reconnect to my true essence, express myself creatively and believe in the magic of following dreams. My greatest wish is to evoke feelings in others with my baking, whether its the happiness of biting into a delicious dessert, the excitement of learning to bake something new or the love that comes from reconnecting to creativity.
